I want to make sure that your body and mind are able to continue receiving the care and relaxation they need now more than ever - without concern.
Here are the procedures taking place at Wholeheartedly Wellbeing:

MY PART

Monitored office cleaning and disinfecting before, during, and after our doors open, we disinfect all surfaces that may be touched.
No more than 10 people (including customers and employees) in a common business space at one time, regardless of partitions or facility square footage.
Clean and disinfect all financial transaction equipment after each use.
I will wear a surgical mask throughout the work day.
I will allow for at least 30 minutes in between appointments to thoroughly disinfect the massage room.
As part of the new state law, massage therapists are required to conduct symptom checking to patients before entering the office (taking temperature with a non contact thermometer and completing a COVID19 form). If client is symptomatic we must decline service on that day.

Wear a mask in common areas. Vaccinated people can remove their mask in the treatment room. If you have not been vaccinated we kindly ask you to keep your mask on at all times. Please bring your own mask or face covering.
Reschedule your appointment if you have any signs of illness.
Arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early and come into the reception to conduct symptom checking before entering the massage room.
