Hello my Friends!
I am missing you all very much and I am so glad to let you know that May 26th will be the day Wholeheartedly re-opens its doors.
I know that the "Stay at Home" order ends on May 8th so first and foremost I want to let you know why I am waiting a bit longer to re-open:
Because I CARE about my patients.
I want you to feel safe.
I want to and need to take care of myself in order to give YOU the care you need and deserve.
There are new protocols and requirements in place that we all need to follow and abide by.
As a massage therapist I will need protective supplies and as you know, these are taking a little longer to arrive.
I want to make sure that your body and mind are able to continue receiving the care and relaxation they need now more than ever - without concern.
Here is what has changed in order to protect you and me, please read and become familiar with the new procedures.
Monitored office cleaning and disinfecting before, during, and after our doors open, we disinfect all surfaces that may be touched, including floors, door handles and even clothes hangers.
No more than 10 people (including customers and employees) in a common business space at one time, regardless of partitions or facility square footage.
Clean and disinfect all financial transaction equipment after each use.
I will wear a surgical mask throughout the work day, changing it for a new one after each client.
I will be changing clothes in between patients to minimize the risk of cross contamination
I will allow for at least one full hour in between appointments to thoroughly disinfect the entire massage room.
As part of the new state law, massage therapists are required to conduct symptom checking to patients before entering the office (taking temperature with a non contact thermometer and completing a COVID19 form). If client is symptomatic we must decline service on that day.
Wholeheartedly will be functioning at a 50% capacity. This means that initially, I will only take care of 2 patients per day and will be open only 3 days a week.
In this initial opening phase, I will ONLY be offering massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, and tibetan singing bowl sessions. The rest of the services will be added up again in the future. No facial massage will be provided.
Wear a mask or face covering at all times, including when you are face down on the massage table. Please bring your own mask or face covering.
Please, avoid coming to the massage studio after grocery shopping or after taking part on any activity that would allow for contact with people other than the people in your household. Ideally you will shower before coming in for treatment.
Arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early and come into the reception to conduct symptom checking before entering the massage room. We are not allowed to use the reception as a waiting area until further notice.
Thank you so much for you continued support. See you on the massage table soon!
